Wesley brings strategic insight into crafting results-driven campaigns for our partners. Before joining Polymath, he developed outdoor and in-store advertising for national retailer Academy Sports & Outdoors, where he tightened the brand’s competitive positioning. After launching his creative career at a web design agency in 2005, Wesley spearheaded new branding, advertising, and communications strategies at Houston Baptist University. Holding a master’s degree in political science, he has lectured and written on topics from business to economics.

Off the clock, Wesley spends his time exploring the sights and sounds of Austin, TX, with his family and working on new music in his home studio.
