This Privacy Policy describes how Polymath Innovations, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or interact with our website (the “Site”) and related online features (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. We will take additional steps required by applicable law, as needed.

What We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you submit through Site forms, including our contact form and newsletter signup form. This may include your name, email address, organization, and any message you provide. We also collect anonymous user behavior data, including Site activity. We store this information in our email marketing and customer relationship management platforms (currently Mailchimp and/or Copper).

Information Collected Automatically (Cookies and Similar Tools)

We automatically collect certain information about your interactions with the Site (“Usage Data”) through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, clicks, and other interaction data. We use tools such as Google Analytics and may use Meta Pixel or similar technologies to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site.

We use this information to analyze Site performance and, on an anonymous or aggregated basis, to retarget visitors with ads on other platforms. You can typically control cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking cookies may impact Site functionality.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from vendors and service providers that support our Site and Services, including analytics and marketing platforms that deploy pixels, web beacons, software development kits, third‑party libraries, and cookies on our Site. Any such information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form and to send newsletters or marketing communications when you sign up.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including using analytics to understand usage and performance.
  • To conduct marketing and advertising, including anonymous retargeting based on Site activity.
  • To detect, investigate, or prevent fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity and to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
  • To comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Cookies and Your Choices

Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and run analytics. Third parties may also set cookies on our Site for advertising and analytics. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can choose to remove or reject cookies in your browser settings. Removing or blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.

We offer a dedicated on‑Site cookie opt‑out; in addition, browser‑level controls and platform‑specific ad settings may limit certain data collection.

If you visit our Site with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat it as an opt‑out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for the device and browser you use, where required by applicable law.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information in the following situations, in line with this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors and service providers who perform services for us (e.g., Site hosting, security, analytics, email marketing/CRM, and customer support).
  • With business and marketing partners to help operate the Services and communicate with you, consistent with applicable law.
  • When you direct us to share or otherwise consent to such sharing.
  • Within our organizational affiliates or structure, to the extent applicable.
  • In connection with legal obligations or corporate transactions, or to protect our rights and those of our users.

We may disclose identifiers (e.g., basic contact details) and internet/network activity (e.g., Usage Data) to the foregoing categories of recipients. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Third‑Party Websites and Links

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites or online services. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their policies. Information you provide on third‑party platforms may be visible to others in accordance with those platforms’ terms. Our inclusion of links does not imply endorsement.

Children’s Data

The Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us using the methods described below so we can delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share” personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information in our custody. Our Site is hosted on Webflow, which uses a proprietary firewall and other security protections as part of its managed hosting services. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and information transmitted over the internet may not be secure in transit. Please avoid sending sensitive information through unsecure channels.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the Site, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, consistent with our retention practices.

You may exercise any of these rights where indicated on our Site or by contacting us using the contact details provided below.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails; we may still send non‑marketing messages, such as responses to your inquiries.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because there is no industry standard for how to recognize and respond to such signals. You can still exercise applicable rights and choices as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

BY SUBMITTING ANY INFORMATION THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT FOR US TO RETAIN OR USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING US USING THE METHODS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT, WE WILL MAKE EFFORTS TO ACCOMMODATE THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
