Wesley’s strategic insight and creative brilliance are key assets in every project. He distills complexity into clarity, driving partner goals and building memorable, meaningful, and authentic brands. Wesley came to Polymath in 2015 after more than a decade in design, branding, and marketing, most recently for national retailer Academy Sports & Outdoors, where he developed outdoor and in-store advertising. Previously he served as art director and brand strategist at Houston Baptist University. He holds a master’s degree in political science and has been published on topics from business and economics to constitutional design.

Off the clock, Wesley spends his time exploring the sights and sounds of Austin, TX, with his family and working on new music in his home studio.
