The client’s idea—to use retired and off-duty, otherwise “dead-head” airline pilots and flight attendants as automobile transport drivers—led to the CarPilot name and brand.
Polymath developed the concept and business plan for this all-new brand/product and built the core elements: an Uber-like web app and beautiful marketing site with promotional video. We then fleshed out a seamless customer relations and communications experience while launching CarPilot with a national advertising campaign.
