Care Net faces a recurring challenge of training and educating nearly 30,000 volunteers and staffers at more than 1,200 affiliated pregnancy centers across the U.S. To accomplish this monumental task, Care Net enlisted Polymath to create a series of e-courses for its online resource center, Centers of Excellence University.

We began each e-course project with a strategy phase to determine the curriculum structure—how many lessons were needed, what type of interactive videos and quizzes were necessary, and how best to translate existing educational content into the new e-course format.

Using pedagogical techniques designed to maximize learning retention, we then crafted, edited, shot, and produced scripts for up to 100 videos per course, optimized for Care Net’s Learning Management System.

 
 

Thousands of people have now earned certifications from taking these courses, which help Care Net maintain standards and alignment across its entire network of partners.
